One plan for the whole team, plus credits for the testing you run.
Credits cover simulated conversations, hallucination detection, and Voxli AI.
How pricing works
Two parts: platform access and credits. We quote both after a short call, because the right credit volume depends on how many agents you test and how often the suite runs.
-
Platform access, one plan
A flat fee covers the whole product. There are no tiers.
-
Credits, used as you test
Simulated conversations, hallucination checks, and Voxli AI questions use credits.
-
No per-seat fees
Engineers, product managers, CX leads, and onboarding staff all get a login.
Included with platform access
- Unlimited agents and test scenarios
- Compare across models, prompts, and personalities
- Scheduled runs, CI triggers, and the local runner
- Voxli AI and the Voxli MCP server
- Onboarding with the founders
What changes with Voxli
Five things teams that ship agents do today, and what each one looks like once the suite runs on every change.
-
Swap the model
Without Voxli
Run a few conversations by hand and hope the rest hold.
With Voxli
Diff both models on the same suite before you commit.
-
Change a prompt, a tool, or the knowledge base
Without Voxli
Find out when a customer complains.
With Voxli
The suite runs on the change and flags what fell.
-
Check for hallucinations
Without Voxli
Read transcripts by hand and spot what you can.
With Voxli
Voxli flags every unsupported claim and counts them across runs.
-
Build the test suite
Without Voxli
An engineer scripts each test by hand.
With Voxli
Voxli generates the tests from your agent, or Claude Code and Codex write them through the MCP. Anyone on the team adds more in plain English.
-
Prove readiness to a client
Without Voxli
A slide deck and a live demo.
With Voxli
A pass rate per segment, before go-live.
Try it on your own agent, free for 14 days
After the call we set up a workspace connected to your agent, generate a first set of scenarios from it, and hand it over. You run them, read the results, and add your own. Everything in the workspace carries over if you continue.

Questions we get on the call
How is Voxli priced?
A flat platform fee plus credits. The fee covers the whole product for everyone on the team; credits cover what you run. We quote both on the call.
What uses credits?
Three things: simulated conversations, hallucination checks on agent replies, and questions you ask Voxli AI. Scheduled runs, Compare, MCP, the local runner, and the rest of the platform are included.
Do we pay per seat?
No. The people who know the conversations should be able to read the results and review the tests, so everyone on the team gets a login at no extra cost.
Can we try it on our agent first?
Yes. The trial runs on your own agent, in a workspace we set up after the call with a first set of scenarios already generated. Fourteen days, no charge.
How long until we see results?
Connecting your agent takes under an hour, and the first test results come back the same session. Over the trial you extend the generated suite to the flows that matter most to you, and Compare shows how the agent holds up on each change.
Do we need an engineer to get started?
Not for the trial. Connecting an endpoint or a chat URL takes a few minutes, Voxli generates the first scenarios, and you add new ones in plain English. You will want an engineer later, when you wire up a trace source for tool-call grading or add the suite to your CI pipeline.
What access do you need to our agent?
For the trial and for most testing, an HTTP endpoint or a chat widget URL. Voxli talks to your agent the way a customer would. To grade tool calls and run hallucination detection against your own knowledge, you connect a trace source such as Langfuse or your internal logging, so Voxli can see what the agent called and what it knew.
Where does our data live?
In the EU, on Google Cloud's Europe region. We never train a model on your test data. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and we delete customer data within 90 days of closing an account.

We look at your agent, the change you are planning, and how you test today. It takes fifteen minutes and you talk to Mattias or Björn, who build the product.
“Voxli becomes more valuable the longer you’ve used it. The tests you build become a custom dataset your competitors don’t have.”
