Why we built Voxli
Voxli started with our own agent. We built a conversational AI agent in a field far from customer support, and every change we shipped meant testing it by hand. A model swap or a prompt update could break conversations in ways we only found by re-running them ourselves.
So we started automating that testing, and the automation became the product. Voxli simulates real customers against your agent, multi-turn, and scores every run against what you care about. Most teams we meet have half-built the same harness internally and don't want to maintain it.
Voxli is our second company together. Before this we co-founded ftrack and grew it to serve customers from small teams to the Fortune 500. ftrack won an Academy Award in 2021 and was acquired by PSG Equity the same year.
We're early stage and we build in the open with our design partners. The features they need get built during the engagement and stay in the product.
