Will the test chats reach my team?
They appear in your chat logs like any visitor's chat. When your agent offers to bring in a person, we end the chat, so no one on your team has to reply.
What if my agent isn't on a public website?
Enter your company website, and tell us where to find the agent when we email you. We can also connect to it over an API.
